गोदावरीतटे सीतान्वेषणम्
The Search for Sītā at the Godāvarī
तां पुष्पवृष्टिं पतितां दृष्ट्वा रामो महीतले।।।।उवाच लक्ष्मणं वीरो दुःखितो दुःखितं वचः।
tāṃ puṣpavṛṣṭiṃ patitāṃ dṛṣṭvā rāmo mahītale | uvāca lakṣmaṇaṃ vīro duḥkhito duḥkhitaṃ vacaḥ ||
Ao ver aquela chuva de flores caída no chão, o valente Rāma, entristecido, dirigiu a Lakṣmaṇa palavras de dor.
