FAQs

It presents a layered sacred geography: one region is described as lying beyond another (Munideśa → Duṃdubhisvana), and its identity is defined by the beings associated with it (Siddhas and Cāraṇas), a common Purāṇic way of mapping holy/celestial territories.

Direct Bhakti doctrine is not explicit here; instead, the verse contributes to the Purāṇic worldview in which certain realms are inherently sanctified and populated by exalted beings, indirectly supporting devotional imagination about holy spaces and divine order.

The verse implies that places (or states of being) are shaped by purpose and company: association with the perfected (Siddhas) and the noble (Cāraṇas) signifies elevated merit and orientation toward sacred aims.
