Brahmin Right Conduct: Morning Remembrance, Bathing, Purification, and Tarpaṇa Method

सर्वं शतगुणं प्रोक्तं तीर्थे साहस्रमुच्यते । कुशाः काशास्तथा दूर्वा यवपत्राणि व्रीहयः

sarvaṃ śataguṇaṃ proktaṃ tīrthe sāhasramucyate | kuśāḥ kāśāstathā dūrvā yavapatrāṇi vrīhayaḥ

Diz-se que todo (mérito religioso) torna-se cem vezes maior; e num tīrtha declara-se que se torna mil vezes maior. Mencionam-se (ofertas) como a relva kuśa, a relva kāśa, a dūrvā, folhas de cevada e arroz.
