आक्रोशंतं स्तुवंतं च तुल्यं पश्यंति ये नराः । शांतात्मानो जितात्मानस्ते नराः स्वर्गगामिनः

ākrośaṃtaṃ stuvaṃtaṃ ca tulyaṃ paśyaṃti ye narāḥ | śāṃtātmāno jitātmānaste narāḥ svargagāminaḥ
