ममगेहं समाश्रित्य भुंक्ष्व भोगान्मनोऽनुगान् । पद्मावत्युवाच । गच्छ पापसमाचार किं त्वं वदसि निर्घृणः

mamagehaṃ samāśritya bhuṃkṣva bhogānmano'nugān | padmāvatyuvāca | gaccha pāpasamācāra kiṃ tvaṃ vadasi nirghṛṇaḥ

«Abrigando-te em minha casa, desfruta dos prazeres conforme a tua mente». Padmāvatī disse: «Vai-te, tu de conduta pecaminosa—que dizes, ó impiedoso?»
