इत्युक्त्वा धनुरादाय बाणानग्निशिखोपमान् । छत्रेण ध्रियमाणेन शुशुभे सोऽपि संयुगे

ityuktvā dhanurādāya bāṇānagniśikhopamān | chatreṇa dhriyamāṇena śuśubhe so'pi saṃyuge

Tendo assim falado, tomou o arco e flechas como línguas de fogo; e, com um pálio sustentado sobre ele, também resplandeceu no combate.
