Narada
Vrata: none (monthly Devī-arcana regimen)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches ṛtu- and māsa-anusāra (seasonal/month-wise) worship—offering substances aligned with time, purity, and availability—so devotion is expressed through disciplined, scripturally ordered ritual.
Bhakti here is shown as attentive service (upacāra) to the Devī: selecting fitting offerings (fruits, fragrances, sandalwood, saffron) and worshipping with regularity, turning everyday materials into acts of reverence.
It reflects kalā/ritual procedure guided by time-reckoning (māsa-nirdeśa), a practical application of Vedāṅga concerns such as calendrical discipline and correct selection of pūjā-dravyas.
