Rādhā-Related Mantras Explained
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical/vedāṅga-style exposition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It links inner vitality (prāṇa) to the steadiness of nutritive essence (rasa) and the proper functioning of inner fire (agni), implying that spiritual practice rests on a disciplined, well-regulated bodily-energetic foundation.
Indirectly: bhakti thrives when the practitioner’s prāṇa is steady; this verse explains the inner conditions—stable rasa and balanced agni—that support steadiness, clarity, and sustained devotional practice.
A technical, śāstra-like doctrine of prāṇa–agni–rasa regulation (often treated alongside auxiliary sciences), emphasizing how digestion/inner fire and bodily channels affect vitality and stability.
