दूर्वाभिरायुराप्नोति तन्दुलैर्धनवान्भवेत् । कदंबैर्वश्यमाप्नोति सर्वं त्रिमधुरप्लुतम् ॥ १४९ ॥

Transliteration

dūrvābhirāyurāpnoti tandulairdhanavānbhavet | kadaṃbairvaśyamāpnoti sarvaṃ trimadhuraplutam || 149 ||

Translation

Oferecendo a relva dūrvā alcança-se longevidade; oferecendo grãos de arroz torna-se próspero. Oferecendo flores de kadamba obtém-se o poder de atrair e conquistar os outros—desde que tudo seja apresentado umedecido com “os três doces”: mel, ghee e açúcar.
