Ao norte, deve-se adorar a Yoginī—visualizada como uma donzela vestida de vermelho. E sobre a cabeça (no nyāsa), deve-se invocar devidamente Akṣobhya, o auspicioso ṛṣi do mantra da Devī.
Narada (teaching in a technical-ritual context within Book 1.3)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes disciplined, direction-based worship and correct mantra-lineage awareness (mantra-ṛṣi), teaching that spiritual practice becomes effective when performed with precise ritual placement (nyāsa) and proper invocation.
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent, methodical worship of the Goddess and her attendant Yoginī powers, showing devotion through careful observance of prescribed forms, directions, and mantra components.
It highlights ritual-technical knowledge: dik-krama (directional arrangement), deity-dhyāna/visualization (red-clad maiden form), and mantra-śāstra elements like identifying the mantra’s ṛṣi and applying head-nyāsa (mūrdhni).
