Da minha palavra nascem todos os Vedas; da minha palavra surgem os devas e tudo o mais. Da minha palavra vem o conhecimento do Dharma, e da minha palavra é proclamada a mokṣa, a libertação.
Sanatkumara (teacher-figure addressing Narada in the Upadesha dialogue tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It asserts śabda (authoritative sacred utterance) as the source of Veda, devatā-framework, Dharma-knowledge, and even the teaching of mokṣa—placing revelation and correct instruction at the root of spiritual life.
By grounding Dharma and mokṣa in sacred utterance, it supports Bhakti as a śravaṇa-centered path: devotion grows through hearing and internalizing Vedic/Puranic teachings that reveal the Lord and the means of liberation.
It highlights the primacy of śabda as the basis for Vedāṅga disciplines—especially Vyākaraṇa (grammar) and Śikṣā (phonetics)—because precise utterance and interpretation preserve Vedic meaning that guides Dharma and mokṣa.
