«Sva», «phā» e «agni», juntamente com «bhaga» e o elemento lunar (indu) — isto é declarado como o terceiro bīja. E o quarto é dito ser «viyat», seguido de «bhṛgu» e «agni», unido ao bindu (ponto nasal).
Narada (teaching in a Vedanga/technical context, traditionally within dialogue with Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It codifies how specific bīja (seed) sounds are assembled—showing that mantra-power is preserved through precise phonetic and structural rules, a key principle of Vedic sacred sound.
Indirectly: it supports bhakti practice by ensuring that devotional japa and ritual recitation are performed with correct bīja formation, so the worship (often Vishnu-centered in the Purana) remains mantra-śuddha (sound-pure).
Śikṣā (phonetics) and mantra-vidhi: the verse references assembling syllabic components and adding bindu (ṃ) and indu (lunar element), reflecting technical rules used in ritual recitation and mantra construction.
