Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within a mantric/ritual-technical context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents japa with focused dhyāna as a dharmic remedy: sustained repetition (sahasra daily) joined to contemplation of a protective deity-form (kapi/Hanumān) is taught as a means to pacify severe illness and hostile influences.
Bhakti is expressed as steady remembrance: the practitioner does not merely recite, but meditates on Hanumān’s power and protection, turning fear, disease, and instability into an occasion for concentrated devotion and surrender.
It highlights applied mantra-śāstra within the technical stream of practice—counted japa (saṅkhyā), daily regimen (pratyaham), and dhyāna as a ritual method used for śānti (pacification) and protection.
