Rāmādi-pūjā-vidhāna
कटौ मेढ्रे पायुपादसंधिष्वर्णान्न्यसेन्मनोः । ध्यानार्चनादिकं चास्य पूर्ववत्समुपाचरेत् ॥ ९६ ॥
kaṭau meḍhre pāyupādasaṃdhiṣvarṇānnyasenmanoḥ | dhyānārcanādikaṃ cāsya pūrvavatsamupācaret || 96 ||
Deve-se colocar mentalmente (nyāsa) as sílabas do mantra na cintura, nos órgãos genitais, no ânus e nas articulações dos pés; e então realizar para Ele a meditação, a adoração (arcana) e os demais ritos exatamente como foi descrito antes.
