A cada dia deve-se lavar o rosto com água fortalecida pelo mantra; assim se vencem até doenças terríveis que surgem no rosto, nos olhos e nos órgãos relacionados.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical/ritual context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It links external purity (washing) with mantra-shakti, presenting daily cleansing as both a hygienic act and a sacred discipline that supports health and inner steadiness.
While not explicitly naming Vishnu-bhakti, it reflects the bhakti principle of sanctifying daily life through reverent, mantra-based practice—turning routine actions into devotional observance.
It highlights mantra-viniyoga in ritual practice—using consecrated water (mantra-siddha toya) for shauca—an applied, technical aspect aligned with Vedanga-style procedural discipline.
