It emphasizes śauca (purity) and maṅgala-lakṣaṇa (auspicious features) in ritual practice: the kumbha filled with pure water becomes a sacred support for worship and consecration.
Bhakti is expressed through careful, reverent upacāra—offering the best and purest materials. The beautifully prepared kumbha reflects devotion made tangible through disciplined worship.
It highlights ritual procedure and material specification—how to prepare a kalaśa/kumbha with purity and auspicious markings—an applied, technical aspect aligned with Vedanga-style precision in rites.
