गले च वामपार्श्वांसगलपृष्टेष्वनंतरम् । ककुद्यपि न्यसेन्मंत्री मूर्तीर्द्वादश वै क्रमात् ॥ २३ ॥
gale ca vāmapārśvāṃsagalapṛṣṭeṣvanaṃtaram | kakudyapi nyasenmaṃtrī mūrtīrdvādaśa vai kramāt || 23 ||
Depois, na garganta, no lado esquerdo, no ombro e, em seguida, na parte posterior da garganta; e também no kakudya (a parte alta das costas). O praticante conhecedor do mantra deve realizar o nyāsa das doze formas divinas (mūrti), na devida ordem.
