Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual-vedanga context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It prescribes a disciplined inner-ritual (nyāsa) where correct mantra-sound and visualization of Agni purify and energize the lower body region, making the practitioner fit for further mantra and worship procedures.
While primarily technical, it supports bhakti practice by teaching bodily and mental sanctification—placing mantra with steady remembrance (anusmaraṇa) so worship becomes focused, reverent, and uninterrupted.
It highlights mantra-phonetics and correct utterance (a Śikṣā-like concern) along with ritual application (nyāsa), showing how sound-units and visualization are operationalized in Narada Purana rituals.
