Gaṇeśa Mantra-vidhi: Mahāgaṇapati Gāyatrī, Vakratuṇḍa Mantra, Nyāsa, Homa, Āvaraṇa-pūjā, and Caturthī Vrata

पद्मैस्तु वशयेद्भूपांस्तत्पत्नीश्चोत्पलैस्तथा । कुमुदैर्मंत्रिणोऽश्वत्थसमिद्भिर्वाडवाञ्शुभैः ॥ ३७ ॥

padmaistu vaśayedbhūpāṃstatpatnīścotpalaistathā | kumudairmaṃtriṇo'śvatthasamidbhirvāḍavāñśubhaiḥ || 37 ||

Com flores de lótus, trazem-se os reis sob influência; e, do mesmo modo, com lótus azuis influenciam-se as rainhas. Com nenúfares brancos (kumuda) influenciam-se os ministros; e com gravetos de oferenda (samidh) do auspicioso aśvattha sagrado, influenciam-se as mulheres nobres.
