E deve contemplar uma corrente entrando em seu próprio corpo pelo brahma-randhra (a abertura no alto do crânio). Por essa corrente interior, deve lavar por completo toda impureza alojada dentro do corpo.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It teaches inner śauca (purification) through yogic visualization: a purifying flow enters via the brahma-randhra and washes away internal mala, preparing the practitioner for higher dhāraṇā and liberation-oriented practice.
While framed as a yogic technique, it supports bhakti indirectly: inner cleansing steadies the mind and senses, making japa, smaraṇa, and focused devotion to Viṣṇu more consistent and sattvic.
It reflects technical sādhanā language aligned with disciplined practice (śauca and dhāraṇā-style visualization), a hallmark of Book 1.3’s ‘technical sciences’ orientation rather than narrative praise alone.
