Jñāna-pradarśanam

इतः परं यतिष्यामि परलोकार्थमादरात् । एवं निश्चित्य विप्रेन्द्र धर्ममार्गरतोऽभवत् ॥ २९ ॥

itaḥ paraṃ yatiṣyāmi paralokārthamādarāt | evaṃ niścitya viprendra dharmamārgarato'bhavat || 29 ||

“Daqui em diante, esforçar-me-ei com zelo pelo bem do mundo vindouro.” Assim decidido, ó melhor dos brāhmaṇas, ele se devotou ao caminho do dharma.
