Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 55

योगोपायमतो वक्ष्ये संसारविनिवर्त्तकम् । योगो ज्ञानं विशुद्धं स्यात्तज्ज्ञानं मोक्षदं विदुः ॥ ५५ ॥

yogopāyamato vakṣye saṃsāravinivarttakam | yogo jñānaṃ viśuddhaṃ syāttajjñānaṃ mokṣadaṃ viduḥ || 55 ||

Por isso descreverei o meio do Yoga que faz o ser voltar-se para longe do saṃsāra. Yoga é conhecimento puro; e esse conhecimento, sabem os sábios, concede mokṣa, a libertação.
