वीर्याढ्यज्ञार्किसदृष्टैः कोशस्थावहवोगिनः । सितारेज्यार्कचंद्रार्किज्ञांगेशोर्केंदवोऽधिपाः ॥ ५८ ॥
vīryāḍhyajñārkisadṛṣṭaiḥ kośasthāvahavoginaḥ | sitārejyārkacaṃdrārkijñāṃgeśorkeṃdavo'dhipāḥ || 58 ||
Fortalecidos pelo valor, pelo saber do yajña e pela visão do vidente, aqueles que estão firmados no “tesouro” (kośa) e os que carregam o peso do governo, bem como os que fruem os frutos destinados, são tidos por governantes. Do mesmo modo, Śita (Vénus), as estrelas, Bṛhaspati, o Sol, a Lua, o filho do Sol (Śani), o Conhecedor (Budha), Aṅgiras e os senhores Sol e Lua são mencionados como autoridades.
