रिःफाष्टषट्कं त्रिकभं केंद्रं प्राक्तुर्यसप्तखम् । नृपादः कीटपशवो बलाढ्याः केंद्रगाः क्रमात् ॥ ११ ॥

Transliteration

riḥphāṣṭaṣaṭkaṃ trikabhaṃ keṃdraṃ prākturyasaptakham | nṛpādaḥ kīṭapaśavo balāḍhyāḥ keṃdragāḥ kramāt || 11 ||

Translation

Os lugares décimo segundo, oitavo e sexto são chamados o grupo Riḥpha; o terceiro lugar é denominado Trika-bhava; os lugares centrais são os Kendras; e o quarto e o sétimo são casas auspiciosas de sustentação. Em devida ordem: os que estão nos Kendras tornam-se poderosos; os que estão no Trika caem a condições baixas, como insetos e feras; e os que estão no grupo Riḥpha tornam-se dependentes dos reis, como servidores reais.
