भानौ क्षयधने कृत्वा मध्यलग्नं तदा भवेत् । भोग्यासूनूनकस्याथ भुक्तासूनधिकस्य च ॥ १५२ ॥
bhānau kṣayadhane kṛtvā madhyalagnaṃ tadā bhavet | bhogyāsūnūnakasyātha bhuktāsūnadhikasya ca || 152 ||
Quando o Sol (Bhānu) é colocado no signo de ‘kṣaya’ (decréscimo), então deve ser determinado o ‘madhya-lagna’ (ascendente do meio‑céu). Esta regra vale tanto quando os prāṇas restantes (a serem vivenciados) são menores, quanto quando os prāṇas já gastos são maiores.
