Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 37

Sṛṣṭi-pralaya-kathana: Mahābhūta-guṇāḥ, Vṛkṣa-indriya-vādaḥ, Prāṇa-vāyu-vyavasthā

ततः पुष्करतः सृष्टः सर्वज्ञो मूर्तिमान्प्रभुः । ब्रह्मा धर्ममयः पूर्वः प्रजापतिरनुत्तमः ॥ ३७ ॥

tataḥ puṣkarataḥ sṛṣṭaḥ sarvajño mūrtimānprabhuḥ | brahmā dharmamayaḥ pūrvaḥ prajāpatiranuttamaḥ || 37 ||

Então, do lótus foi criado o Senhor corporificado, onisciente: Brahmā, o primordial, pleno de Dharma, o incomparável Prajāpati.
