bhūpātālakakubvyomacāriṇāṃ yatra nirṇayaḥ | vratādīnāṃ ca pūrvo'yaṃ vibhāgaḥ samudāhṛtaḥ || 6 ||

Translation

Aqui se estabelece a determinação acerca daqueles que se movem pela terra, por Pātāla (o mundo inferior), pelas direções e pelo céu; e também foi devidamente enunciada esta divisão anterior sobre os votos (vrata) e observâncias afins.
