Sanatkumāra disse: Ó brāhmaṇa, esta narrativa purânica surgiu de muitos kalpas; é repleta de histórias variadas, de natureza maravilhosa, e vasta em sua extensão.
Sanatkumara
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It frames the Purāṇa as a vast, multi-kalpa revelation: sacred history that preserves dharma and divine wonder across cosmic cycles, inviting the listener to approach it with reverence and patience.
By emphasizing the Purāṇa’s many kathās and wondrous scope, it points to narrative as a primary vehicle for devotion—hearing and contemplating sacred stories becomes a means to cultivate faith and remembrance of the Divine.
The verse mainly highlights Purāṇic anukramaṇikā-style organization (scope, origin, and structure) rather than a specific Vedāṅga; it teaches how traditional texts are contextualized across kalpas for correct understanding.
