ततश्च दद्यात्सूर्यार्घं ताम्रपात्रेण नारद । रक्तचंदनसंदनसंमिश्रतिलाक्षतयवांबुभिः ॥ ६२ ॥

Transliteration

tataśca dadyātsūryārghaṃ tāmrapātreṇa nārada | raktacaṃdanasaṃdanasaṃmiśratilākṣatayavāṃbubhiḥ || 62 ||

Translation

Então, ó Nārada, deve-se oferecer arghya ao Sol com um vaso de cobre, com água misturada a sândalo vermelho, pasta de sândalo perfumada, gergelim, arroz inteiro (akṣata) e cevada.
