Transliteration

*śaunaka uvāca yayātiḥ svapuraṃ prāpya mahendrapurasaṃnibham praviśyāntaḥpuraṃ tatra devayānīṃ nyaveśayat //

Translation

Śaunaka disse: Tendo chegado à sua própria cidade, comparável à cidade de Mahendra (Amarāvatī), Yayāti entrou no palácio interior e ali instalou Devayānī nos aposentos reais, como rainha.
