न विहारे न चाहारे रमणीयॆ न वा वने ।
न कन्दरॆषु रम्यॆषु सा बबन्ध तदा रतिम् ॥
na vihāre na cāhāre ramaṇīye na vā vane | na kandareṣu ramyeṣu sā babandha tadā ratim ||
Então ela não encontrou deleite—nem no recreio, nem na comida, nem numa floresta aprazível, nem em grutas encantadoras; seu prazer não conseguia prender-se a lugar algum.
