प्रत्येकं देशसामान्यं नक्षत्रग्रहसम्भवम् ।
भयं लोकस्य भवति शोभनं वा द्विजोत्तम ॥
pratyekaṃ deśasāmānyaṃ nakṣatragrahasambhavam / bhayaṃ lokasya bhavati śobhanaṃ vā dvijottama
Para cada região há uma indicação geral (preditiva) que surge dos nakṣatras e dos planetas; ela se torna ou temor para o povo, ou algo auspicioso, ó o melhor dos duas-vezes-nascidos.
