क्षणप्रसविनी बालं तत्रैवोत्सृजते द्विज ॥

Transliteration

anupraviśya sā jātam apahṛtyātma-sambhavam / kṣaṇa-prasavinī bālaṃ tatraivotsṛjate dvija

Translation

Tendo ali entrado, ela leva o recém-nascido—o próprio filho de alguém—e, ó duas-vezes-nascido, aquela que faz ocorrer o parto naquele instante abandona a criança ali mesmo.
