विषुवे रविसंक्रान्तौ व्यतिपाते च पुत्रक ॥

Transliteration

viśiṣṭa-brāhmaṇa-prāptau sūryendu-grahaṇe 'yane /

viṣuve ravi-saṃkrāntau vyatipāte ca putraka

Translation

Quando se obtém um brāhmaṇa excelente, nos eclipses solar ou lunar, nos solstícios, no equinócio, na entrada do Sol (saṅkrānti) e no vyatipāta—ó filho—(pode-se realizar o śrāddha).
