भीमस्य बल्लव-प्रतिज्ञा तथा अर्जुनस्य बृहन्नडा-रूप-निर्णयः

राज्ञस्तस्य परे प्रेष्या मंस्यन्ते मां यथा नृूपम् । भनक्ष्यान्नरसपानानां भविष्यामि तथेश्वर:,इससे राजा विराटके दूसरे सेवक राजाके ही समान मेरा सम्मान करेंगे और मैं भक्ष्य, भोज्य, रस तथा पेय पदार्थोंका इच्छानुसार उपयोग करनेमें समर्थ होऊँगा
rājñas tasya pare preṣyā maṁsyante māṁ yathā nṛpam | bhakṣyānna-rasapānānāṁ bhaviṣyāmi tatheśvaraḥ ||
Bhīmasena disse: “Os outros servidores desse rei me considerarão como consideram o próprio rei; e terei plena autoridade para usufruir, como eu quiser, de alimentos de mastigar e comer, pratos preparados, sucos e bebidas.”
