Pulastya’s Instruction
ततो व्यासवनं गच्छेन्नियतो नियताशन: । मनोजवे नर: स्नात्वा गोसहस्रफलं लभेत्,तत्पश्चात् नियमपूर्वक रहते हुए मिताहारी होकर व्यासवनकी यात्रा करे। वहाँ मनोजवतीर्थमें स्नान करके मनुष्य सहस्र गोदानका फल पाता है
tato vyāsavanaṁ gacchen niyato niyatāśanaḥ | manojave naraḥ snātvā gosahasraphalaṁ labhet |
Depois, disciplinado e comedindo na alimentação, deve-se seguir para a floresta de Vyāsa. Tendo-se banhado no tīrtha de Manojava, a pessoa alcança mérito equivalente ao de doar mil vacas.
