अभिवाद्य ततो यक्षं द्वारपालं मचक्रुकम् कोटितीर्थमुपस्पृश्य लभेद् बहुसुवर्णकम्,तदनन्तर मचक्कुक नामक द्वारपाल यक्षको प्रणाम करके कोटितीर्थमें स्नान करनेसे मनुष्यको प्रचुर सुवर्ण-राशिकी प्राप्ति होती है
abhivādya tato yakṣaṃ dvārapālaṃ macakrukam | koṭitīrtham upaspṛśya labhed bahusuvarṇakam ||
Tendo primeiro prestado reverente homenagem ao Yakṣa porteiro chamado Macacruka, deve-se banhar em Koṭitīrtha; fazendo isso, diz-se que a pessoa obtém ouro em abundância.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse links material prosperity to dharmic conduct: showing reverence to sacred guardians and performing tīrtha-bathing with proper respect is presented as a meritorious act that yields auspicious results.
