स भीमवचनाद्ू राजा कुण्डिनं प्राविशत् पुरम् । नादयन् रथघोषेण सर्वा: स विदिशों दिश:,भीमके अनुरोधसे राजा ऋतुपर्णने अपने रथकी घर्घराहटद्वारा सम्पूर्ण दिशा- विदिशाओंको प्रतिध्वनित करते हुए कुण्डिनपुरमें प्रवेश किया
Bṛhadaśva uvāca: sa bhīmavacanād rājā kuṇḍinaṁ prāviśat puram | nādayan rathaghoṣeṇa sarvāḥ sa vidiśo diśaḥ ||
Bṛhadaśva disse: A pedido de Bhīma, o rei Ṛtupārṇa entrou na cidade de Kuṇḍina, fazendo ressoar todas as direções e os quadrantes intermédios com o trovão do seu carro—imagem do poder régio posto a serviço da urgente necessidade de outrem.
