त्वत्कृते बन्धुवर्गाश्न॒ गतसत्त्वा इवासते । अन्वेष्टारो ब्राह्मणाश्व भ्रमन्ति शतशो महीम्‌,“तुम्हारे बन्धु-बान्धव तुम्हारी ही चिन्तासे मृतक-तुल्य हो रहे हैं। (तुम्हारी खोज करनेके लिये) सैकड़ों ब्राह्मण इस पृथ्वीपर घूम रहे हैं

tvatkṛte bandhuvargāś ca gatasattvā ivāsate | anveṣṭāro brāhmaṇāś ca bhramanti śataśo mahīm ||

Por tua causa, teus parentes permanecem sentados como se a vida os tivesse deixado—consumidos pela ansiedade e pela dor. E, para encontrar-te, centenas de brâmanes vagueiam pela terra como buscadores.
