अशिवेनातिवामोरूरजस््र॑ नेत्रवारिणा । स्तनावपतितौ बाला संहतावभिवर्षती
aśivenātivāmorū rajasra netravāriṇā | stanāv apatitau bālā saṃhatāv abhivarṣatī ||
Mārkaṇḍeya disse: “Com lágrimas de mau agouro, tingidas de sangue, a correr-lhe dos olhos, a jovem de coxas alvíssimas não cessava de chorar; e, ao chorar, seus seios pendiam, comprimidos um contra o outro, como se o peso da dor os esmagasse.”
