Sāvitrī’s Dialogue with Yama and the Restoration of Satyavān

Educational Q&A

Even well-meant advice can be rejected when jealousy clouds judgment; suspicion born of envy distorts relationships and undermines dharmic discernment.

Tārā offers beneficial counsel, but Vālī reacts defensively and, out of jealousy, suspects that she is inwardly devoted to Sugrīva.
