Koṭikāśya’s Inquiry to the Radiant Woman near the Kadamba (कोटिकाश्यप्रश्नः)
अथ सर्वे रणं मुक्त्वा प्रयाता: खेचरा: दिवम् | अस्मानेवाभिकर्षन्तो दीनान् मुदितमानसा:,फिर तो सारे गन्धर्व रणभूमि छोड़कर आकाशगमें उड़ गये और मन-ही-मन आनन्दका अनुभव करते हुए हम दीन-दुखियोंको अपनी ओर घसीटने लगे
atha sarve raṇaṁ muktvā prayātāḥ khecarāḥ divam | asmān evābhikarṣanto dīnān muditamānasāḥ ||
Disse Duryodhana: “Então todos aqueles Gandharvas, que percorrem os céus, abandonaram o campo de batalha e alçaram voo para as alturas. Com o espírito exultante, começaram a arrastar-nos consigo — miseráveis e impotentes.”
