ब्राह्मणानुयात्रा—शौनकोपदेशः

Brāhmaṇas Follow into Exile and Śaunaka’s Instruction

तथा त्वमपि कौन्तेय शममास्थाय पुष्कलम्‌ | तपसा सिद्धिमन्विच्छ योगसिद्धिं च भारत

tathā tvam api kaunteya śamam āsthāya puṣkalam | tapasā siddhim anviccha yogasiddhiṃ ca bhārata ||

“Assim também tu, ó filho de Kuntī, estabelecendo firmemente abundante serenidade interior e o domínio da mente e dos sentidos, esforça-te, pela austeridade, por alcançar a realização—e também as perfeições do yoga, ó Bhārata.”
