Indradyumna Upākhyāna: On Kīrti, Smṛti, and Restoration
एकराशौ समेष्यन्ति प्रपत्स्यति तदा कृतम् | कालवर्षी च पर्जन्यो नक्षत्राणि शुभानि च,तदनन्तर कालान्तरमें सत्ययुगका आरम्भ होगा और फिर क्रमशः ब्राह्मण आदि वर्ण प्रकट होकर अपने प्रभावका विस्तार करेंगे। उस समय लोकके अभ्युदयके लिये पुनः अनायास दैव अनुकूल होगा। जब सूर्य, चन्द्रमा और बृहस्पति एक साथ पुष्य नक्षत्र एवं तदनुरूप एक राशि कर्कमें पदार्पण करेंगे, तब सत्ययुगका प्रारम्भ होगा। उस समय मेघ समयपर वर्षा करेगा। नक्षत्र शुभ एवं तेजस्वी हो जायँगे
ekarāśau sameṣyanti prapatsyati tadā kṛtam | kālavarṣī ca parjanyo nakṣatrāṇi śubhāni ca ||
Mārkaṇḍeya disse: “Quando os corpos celestes convergirem num único signo, então se estabelecerá o Kṛta (Satya) Yuga. Nesse tempo, as nuvens portadoras de chuva derramarão no devido período, e as estrelas e constelações se tornarão auspiciosas—brilhantes e benfazejas.”
