Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
एवमाभाष्य तान् सर्वनिभ्यवर्तत राक्षस: | शक्तिशूलगदापाणिरभ्यधावत् स पाण्डवम्,ऐसा कहकर राक्षस मणिमानने उन सबको लौटाया और हाथोंमें शक्ति, शूल तथा गदा लेकर भीमसेनपर धावा किया
evam ābhāṣya tān sarvān nivavṛte sa rākṣasaḥ | śaktiśūlagadāpāṇir abhyadhāvat sa pāṇḍavam ||
Disse Vaiśampāyana: Tendo assim falado a todos eles, o rākṣasa voltou-se para trás. Com uma śakti (dardo), um śūla (lança/tridente) e uma gadā (maça) nas mãos, investiu contra o Pāṇḍava—Bhīmasena—com intenção de confronto violento.
