Hanūmān’s Vast Form and Instruction on Dharma–Statecraft
The verse highlights the ethical power of remembering and reciting the deeds of a righteous hero: virtuous conduct becomes a source of joy and upliftment not only for humans but even for celestial beings, suggesting that dharmic exemplars are preserved and celebrated through sacred song.
Vaiśampāyana describes a particular place where Gandharvas and Apsarases continually sing the exploits of a great hero, and their singing delights him; he addresses Bhīma as “blameless,” situating the scene as a reverent, uplifting setting marked by celestial praise.
