मुक्ताहारैरिव चित च्युतै: प्रस्रवणोदकै: । अभिरामदरीकुज्जनिर्सरोदककन्दरम्,निरन्तर झरनेवाले झरनोंके जल उस पहाड़के कण्ठदेशमें अवलम्बित मोतियोंके हार- से प्रतीत हो रहे थे। उस पर्वतकी गुफा, कुंज, निर्झर, सलिल और कन्दराएँ सभी मनोहर थे

Vaiśampāyana disse: As águas contínuas que desciam das nascentes da montanha pareciam cordões de pérolas pendentes, como se um colar de pérolas tivesse escorregado e se espalhado. As cavernas, vales, bosques, cascatas, lagoas e reentrâncias rochosas daquela montanha eram todas agradáveis de contemplar, evocando serenidade em meio ao retiro na floresta.
