कृष्णेन विदुरं प्रति आगमन-हेतु-निवेदनम् / Krishna explains the purpose of his coming to Vidura

'शत्रुसूदन! जहाँ दुष्टतापूर्ण विचार लिये बहुसंख्यक शत्रु बैठे हों

yā me prītiḥ puṣkarākṣa tvaddarśana-samudbhavā | sā kim ākhyāyate tubhyam antarātmāsi dehinām ||

Vaiśampāyana disse: “Ó Śatrusūdana! Onde se assentam numerosos inimigos, com pensamentos repletos de maldade, como desejas ir para o meio deles? Ó Mahābāhu, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, matador de inimigos—embora nem todos os deuses possam manter-se diante de ti, e eu conheça o teu poder, o teu esforço varonil e a força da tua inteligência, ainda assim, ó Mādhava, o amor que tenho pelos Pāṇḍavas é o mesmo—e maior ainda—que tenho por ti. Por isso, movido por amor, por maior respeito e por amizade, digo estas palavras. Ó de olhos de lótus, o afeto que nasce em mim ao ver-te—como poderia eu descrevê-lo a ti? Pois tu habitas como o Ser interior em todos os seres encarnados.”

The verse frames Kṛṣṇa not merely as a heroic ally but as the indwelling Self (antarātmā) of all embodied beings; therefore, ordinary speech cannot fully ‘inform’ him of one’s inner affection, since he already knows it from within.

In the Udyoga Parva’s tense pre-war diplomacy, the speaker expresses deep personal devotion and reverence toward Kṛṣṇa, saying that the love stirred by seeing him is beyond description—especially to Kṛṣṇa himself, who is present as the inner witness in all.
