स्वर्गे दुर्योधनदर्शनम् | Duryodhana Seen in Heaven
Triviṣṭapa
यत्कृते पृथिवी सर्वा सुहृदो बान्धवास्तथा । हतास्माभि: प्रसह्याजौ क्लिष्टै: पूर्व महावने
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |
yat-kṛte pṛthivī sarvā suhṛdo bāndhavās tathā |
hatāsmābhiḥ prasahyājau kliṣṭaiḥ pūrvaṃ mahāvane ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Por causa dele, toda a terra foi devastada, e nossos amigos e parentes também foram por nós, à força, abatidos em batalha; e por causa dele, outrora, na grande floresta, suportamos sofrimentos penosos—”
