असिनैवैकधारेण स्वबुद्धया तु विचेष्टितम्‌ प्रायशो<वृत्तसम्पन्ना: सततं पर्युपासिता:

Transliteration

asināivaikadhāreṇa svabuddhyā tu viceṣṭitam | prāyaśo vṛttasampannāḥ satataṃ paryupāsitāḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśaṃpāyana disse: “Com o gume único e afiado de uma espada, e por sua própria determinação, eles agiram e se empenharam; e, na maior parte das vezes, aqueles dotados de boa conduta eram continuamente acompanhados e servidos.”
